Nobody picks what is here. Speeches arrive in three ways: people using Verifyd watch a YouTube video with captions on and it turns out to be a speech, interview, debate or news segment; someone opens a published transcript (remarks, floor speeches, press conferences); or a campaign or newsroom adds one from the desk. What is said is matched against published fact-checks of the same claim, with the same rules for every speaker, and every speech is checked again daily. Footage is checked for AI and alteration when the file itself is available.
No checked speeches yet. They appear here as people watch and read with Verifyd on.
